Since starting my company I've used quite a few third-party vendors, and the intuitive usage and excellent documentation on your product is outstanding. Makes interacting with Excel files very easy. I was very impressed with the speed of your grid as some of the files being loaded are > 30000 rows, the performance is still very good. Although I don't use many of the newer advanced features I have found it to be a very solid work horse.
Congratulations on your efficiency and customer relations. I have been very happy with your product and now I am impressed with the way you treat your customers as well (not that I wasn't impressed before).
