InspectorBar controls : Using ESB inplace editors

The InspectorBars provide the capability to use ESB editors as inplace editor for the InspectorBar.  This is done through a TInspectorEditLink that handles the communication between the InspectorBar and the ESB inplace editors. 
The three kind of inplace editors are mentioned below, together with their available presentations at this moment.

1)  Spin inplace editors:	Integer spin, Float spin, Pos spin, Year spin, Month spin and DOW spin;
2)  ComboBox inplace editors:	Month combobox,  DOW combobox, TZ combobox, EMU combobox, LookUp combobox and Country combobox;
3)  Miscellaneous inplace editors:	Simple edit, Date edit, Time edit, DateTime edit, Year edit, Month edit, DOW edit, Curr edit, LongCurr edit, Currency edit, Integer edit, Pos edit, Float edit, PosFloat edit, SciFloat edit, Complex edit, Fraction edit, Fract edit, Percent edit, IP-adress edit, Hex edit and Super edit.
