TMS Aurelius Free Edition now available for download!

We're happy to announce that TMS Aurelius, our highly regarded ORM (Object Relational Mapping) framework for Delphi, has now a Free Edition.And the best part is that TMS Aurelius Free Edition has all the features that are available in the paid registered license. Not only that, but it also allows you to use it in commercial applications. So in the sense of features and usage, there is absolutely no difference in what you can use and what you can do with it compared with paid version.
The only differences are that Free Edition is only available for Delphi 10.1 Berlin, in binary format. The paid license is available for earlier versions of Delphi, comes with full source code and, of course, includes what we consider the biggest "feature" of all: it gives you high priority to our top-notch and fast support.

Do you plan Aurelius will be available also for C++ environment, or do you know if is there a workaround to get it working with C++ ?Thank you

We have been watching C++ Builder features in the past to see if and when we could make Aurelius compatible with it. But it was not possible until our last investigation. It''s been a while since then as we focused on other features. Maybe it''s time to check it again. We can''t answer that yet.

@HUR, there is low priority for Informix support right now, but it''s on the list.

Is it feasible to consider using Aurelius with one of Amazon web services (such as RDS) in a non-UI set of code (core of a web service application)?

Aurelius can be used in non-UI applications, if that''s your question. Actually Aurelius is the core of TMS XData which is our Rest/Json framework. And it''s database-access agnostic. If you can connect to RDS with your preferred component, you can use Aurelius with it.
