Expired license? Restart it with 31% off this Halloween

Today

TMS Software Delphi Components

If your TMS license expired more than 30 days ago, this is a good time to bring it back. From Monday 26 October to Friday 6 November 2026, the promo code HALLOWEEN2026 takes 31% off the restart price of any product.

Why restart your license

After your license expires, your TMS components keep working, but you stay on the version you had on that day. You notice this when you upgrade Delphi: an older TMS release may not support the new Delphi version, so your components hold the upgrade back. All actively maintained TMS products support Delphi 13.2. After a restart you download the current versions and can move your projects to Delphi 13.2.

With the current version you also get all the new features added since your license expired, and you can use them in your projects right away. Think of PDF editing in TAdvPDFLib, the data-aware TWebDBDataGrid in TMS WEB Core or OAuth sign-in in the MCP client of TMS AI Studio. The overview below shows what we added in recent months.

The third-party APIs your apps depend on also change. Map providers retire old API versions, and cloud and AI services change their requirements or release new models. We follow these changes in our updates: TMS FNC Maps 4.6 moved to the current HERE, Mapbox, Azure Maps and OpenLayers APIs, and TMS AI Studio and TMS FNC Cloud Pack were updated for new OpenAI and Gemini requirements. We also add support for new services and models, such as OpenRouter.ai and OpenAI GPT-6-Astra in TMS AI Studio. With a restart you get updates that keep your apps working with third-party APIs and new features to use the latest services, together with the bug fixes released since your license expired.

A restart also starts a new period of free updates. When the next Delphi version comes out, you install the matching TMS update without paying again. Features we add to the product during that period are included too. For bundles such as the TMS VCL Subscription, TMS FNC Component Studio and TMS ALL-ACCESS, that also goes for new products we add to the bundle.

When you run into a problem, you can post it in the TMS Support Center again and get help from our team.

Recent releases of our most popular products

Here is a selection of what we released in recent months. If your license expired before these releases, a restart gives you access to them.

TMS VCL UI Pack

Version 13.8 (19 October 2026) lets TAdvPDFLib work with existing PDF files. Until now it could only create them. You can now open a PDF, merge other documents into it, move, rotate or remove pages and save the result. It also reads PDF metadata and links and extracts Unicode text. The SVG engine now supports fill-rule and clip-rule, so cutouts in icons render the way they were drawn.

TMS FNC UI Pack

Version 7.3.1 adds a TitleWordWrap option to TTMSFNCPlanner: long item titles wrap over several lines and the title area grows to fit. TTMSFNCSpinEdit, TTMSFNCTrackBar and TTMSFNCRangeSlider have new properties to style the disabled state. The find, replace and filter dialogs have a new OnBeforeShowForm event, so you can apply your TTMSFNCStylesManager style to them before they are shown.

TMS FNC Maps

Version 4.6 moves to the current APIs of HERE Maps (v3.2), Mapbox (v3.24.0), Azure Maps (v4) and OpenLayers (v10.9). Map providers retire older API versions over time, and this update keeps your apps on supported ones. Your existing code needs no changes.

TMS WEB Core

TMS WEB Core 3.0 introduces TWebDBDataGrid, a data-aware version of TWebDataGrid. You connect it through a TDataSource to datasets such as TWebClientDataSet or TXDataDataSet, with editing, sorting, paging and filtering built in. TMS WEB Core now installs through TMS Smart Setup.

TMS FNC Component Studio

The bundle includes TMS FNC UI Pack and TMS FNC Maps, plus the other FNC products such as TMS FNC Chart, TMS FNC Cloud Pack, TMS FNC Blox and TMS FNC Gantt Chart, in one license. All FNC products share TMS FNC Core. Version 4.5 of TMS FNC Core (5 October 2026) adds the same PDF editing as the VCL UI Pack: edit, merge, rotate and save existing PDFs.

TMS FlexCel for VCL & FMX

Version 7.27 (September 2026) can sign the PDF files it generates with ETSI PAdES signatures, the format required in the European Union. It can also create PDF 2.0 and PDF/A-4 files, and you can now sign a PDF without certifying it, so the file can still be changed later. A new MeasureString method lets you calculate column widths that fit a given text, including text with mixed font sizes.

TMS BIZ Premium

The bundle includes all TMS BIZ products, among them TMS Aurelius, TMS XData and TMS Sphinx. The releases of 8 October 2026 add application configuration: you keep settings such as the server URL and database connections in a JSON file next to the executable, and override them per deployment with environment variables. JWT tokens can now be signed and validated with OpenSSL 3 instead of the outdated OpenSSL 1.0 libraries, and TMS Sphinx can send client credentials in the request body for identity providers that require it.

TMS AI Studio

Version 2.0 (September 2026) supports MCP protocol revision 2026-07-28 and the four revisions before it, on both the server and the client. Recompile an existing MCP server or client and it settles on the newest revision both sides know, without code changes. TTMSMCPClient now handles OAuth sign-in by itself, and OpenRouter.ai is added as the tenth AI service. Later updates added support for OpenAI GPT-6-Astra and for the new thought signature requirement of Google Gemini 3.6.
