TMS FlexCel for VCL & FMX
Problem adding more than 65535 rows to an XLS file

The Microsoft XLS file format has a limitation of 65535 rows. This is a limitation inherent to the .XLS file format. TMS Flexcel cannot workaround a limitation that is in a file format specification and can as such not export more than 65535 rows to an .XLS file. If you need more rows, you will have to save as xlsx.
