  • Verify that you have the latest update packs for your development environment installed
  • Test if an issue can be reproduced in a separate simple test application

    Only attachments of type JPG, JPEG, PNG, ZIP are accepted. Do not include EXE files in zip attachments! EXE files in attachments are prohibited for security reasons and automatically block the attachment.

Guidelines for technical support

What we expect under free technical support service for active licensed products:
  • A clear indication the problem effectively relates to the latest version of our component(s).
  • A clear description of the problem, when needed documented with screenshots, screen recording, IDE version information, operating system version info, browser version info.
  • A full source code project + steps to reproduce a problem. The full source code project should only use TMS components and standard components and without installed database dependencies. Use a TClientDataSet for database related issues.
  • All needed information sent via a ZIP file excluding EXE files, intermediate files such as .DCU,.TDS,.OBJ... files, cache files such as .DSK, .DOF, .IDENTCACHE files
Beyond these free technical support services, our engineers can offer consulting services for investigation of application level code, full projects, remote debugging, custom code development, etc... at a cost of 100EUR to open a case + 100EUR/hour per additional started hour of work.

For all questions, comments, problems and feature requests for components: To improve efficiency and speed of help, refer to the version of Delphi, C++Builder, Visual Studio .NET you are using as well as the version of the component. In case of problems, always try to use the latest version available first.
