The newest TMS WEB Core v2.4.5.0 offers a component TWebLeafletMaps to easily and seamlessly take advantage of the fully free Leaflet JavaScript library and free OpenStreetMaps tile server. So, let's explore how much work it would take to make an application that allows us to visualize GPX files on the map. It turns out we can achieve that in less than 10 minutes!
MQTT has been a standard for lightweight machine-to-machine communication for years. Our MQTT client, supporting v3 and v5 protocols, has been available for VCL Windows, FireMonkey on multiple platforms, and Raspberry Pi with Lazarus. Now, we've introduced an MQTT client component for TMS WEB Core to use in web applications.
We're happy to introduce a new FREE 8-part tutorial series, How It Works With Holger - Modern Delphi Web Development, where Holger takes you through the intricate steps of crafting a comprehensive VCL application using the TMS WEB Core client. Below, you'll find the first three episodes. The remaining 5 episodes will be posted online in the coming workdays.
