1.4 TMS Web Options

Hi,

My development PC has both Rio & Sydney installed. Installing 1.4 sets the Library path and installation directory incorrectly.

The library path for both  is the RSXE12 one and the Installation Directory is transposed. I install to a custom directory.

We will investigate. 
The lib path for Delphi 10.4 Sydney should be RSXE13. 
Can you manually adapt this while we investigate?
