TTIWAdvWebGrid Scroll to row?

Using Tokyo 10.2.3

Using IW 14.2
Using TMS version 5.8.8.1 

I have a TTIWAdvWebGrid 

Is there a call to scroll to a certain row at any time?

I need to reload a grid with scroll bar and then find a certain row, and 
scroll that guy into view.

I can't seem to get that figured out at all.

The grid is NOT async.

With Scroll.ScrollIntoView set to True the grid will automatically scroll to the ActiveRow index.
