It looks like FixInsightCL 2017.11 ignores the
<HintOnUselessIgnoreComment>false</HintOnUselessIgnoreComment>
setting in the ficfg file. No matter whether I set it to true or false, the warning is always shown.
Hm. This is odd. I didn't have any reports about that yet. Perhaps I need to add more logging to debug that. I'll get back to you with an update soon.
